It’s been a hot couple of weeks in Los Angeles but we are about to make it hotter with the sweet comedy talk of Connie Shin! Connie joined us on FOOW this week to talk about writing for her Maude team Karate Karate, her process of formulating beats before she writes her sketches and the task of trying to identify legitimate news vs. ads.

Connie has been writing and performing all over Los Angeles for the past  “ton of years”. I don’t know the actual number. Madam Shin currently writes for the team Karate Karate on the Upright Citizen Brigade Theatre’s Maude night and occasionally she also writes for  Sketch Cram. She also performs improv with her indie team “KanYay! West” and indie sketch with “Basic Bitches”. You can also see her very soon in the movie, “I Do Until…I Don’t”.
